Return and Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE. If received the damaged item
during delivery / received the wrong item, Please do inform immediately with your unboxing video.

(Please take an unboxing video when received your product)


Procedure to return the parcel

1. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition 

2. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received.

3. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

4. Robotto will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

 

Once we have checked and verified the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 5-7 working days after the confirmation.

DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Our Courier partner would usually successfully deliver the parcel within 2 – 5 working days from the date of shipment (Our daily shipment schedule is from Monday to Friday daily.

Delivery Tracking Numbers will be provided to all orders upon shipment for self-tracking purposes.

Delivery Fees:

  • Minimum delivery fee within West Malaysia will be RM8 for the purchase of goods below 1kg (an additional RM4 for every subsequent 1kg of purchase).
  • Minimum delivery fee within East Malaysia will be RM15 for purchase of goods below 1kg (additional RM10 for every subsequent 1kg of purchase).
  • Self Collection in our warehouse is acceptable. ( Locate at Menara Amoda Kuala Lumpur)

  1. In the event of a delay in the delivery, we would recommend self-collection at the designation deporting branch of our delivery partner to avoid effects on the product quality. Affected customers may also contact our customer service representative for more info. We do not assume responsibility or authority for the operations of our delivery partner. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.

  2. Actual product may differ from the photos published on all Smartpets marketing channels. Each product is unique and will not have an identical appearance or texture. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.

Warranty

  1. This warranty lasts for at least 1year from the date of purchase of this product.
  2. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product.
  3. The warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.
  4. For all the warranty item need to send back to Smart Perts Malaysia for repair.
  5. All the delivery fees will be bear by customer or customer can decide self pick up/ self deliver to Smart Pets Malaysia \.
  6. All the warranty will not cover the human damage.
  7. If the robot vacuum is out of warranty, Smart Pets Malaysia reserve the right to collect the service fees from consumer.
